Being new here at work Im still a little bit shy when it comes to browsing websites when Im idle. Unlike my previous job, the cubicles were big so the computers were covered but in this one its a bit more on the lower side so people can see what youre doing on the computer (that is, if they have time to look–everyone seems so busy here). This office is also much more bigger compared to the old one, there were only a maximum of 6 in the department and now Im in an office of 20 all spread out. Its a huge difference.. so Im trying out this application which enables me to post entries not from the web browser. Hitting publish after this. I really love this new theme I have. It’s white, it’s minimal.. it has my favorite fonts (Georgia for header, Arial/Helvetica for the content). I added a bit of color but I’m probably going to edit this more in the future, not too many changes just suited to my style. …

Body Clock Blues

Like many of you out there, I too, have a love/hate relationship with my body clock. Particularly this week, things didn’t start out so nice. I’ve been droopy all day since yesterday plus it’s my third week in the new office and I’m still not used to the 7:30am time in. Wack! I actually wake up at the same time even with my previous job but this office is much nearer so I don’t really have time to steal sleep in the car anymore whereas on my way to the old office I would get stuck for about 2-3 hours on the road coz of highway traffic so I still had a bit of shut-eye time. Asleep or not asleep though, traffic is always a bitch. What’s frustrating me right now is that the moment I get home I can’t sleep straight away because I’m always subconsciously finding something to do and it seems like my body only wants to sleep early in the morning. It’s ridiculous. So I still end up sleeping late. Those …

Happy New Year!

I’m five days late in posting a new year greeting but it’s not too late until the month ends =P My holidays were nicely spent. It wasn’t the greatest, but it certainly wasn’t a bad one at all. My friends from the Philippines and Australia and the US all came back so there were lots of reunions and good old hangouts, basically just everyone getting together again after a while. I wanted to make an photo entry about all the December events but being the lazy photo uploader that I am I’ll probably have to prioritize that for another time. The downside is of course all the holiday weight you put on, that’s why I’ve been keeping track of my workouts rather than doing it on my own time, time for improvement right? I don’t really want to say change because I can’t simply rely on “change” anymore, rather it’s better to go through a phase which results in change, and in my case, improvement. Christmas Wishlist!

It’s that time of the year again, when it’s happy and merry and you receive a lot of gifts. Last weekend was marked the very first Christmas-themed dinner I took part in and got my first Christmas loot as well. I pretty much received everything I liked. Wallets (I LOVE WALLETS), money, accessories and clothes but that was just the beginning. I can’t wait to receive more so here I am constructing a Christmas wishlist. As I’ve said I don’t always get all of them each year but the joy of making a list is fun enough for me already.. so let’s start! More film for my Instax It’s a need that keeps on coming up and the more films stocked up the better! 50mm lens for the 550D I’m still a noob but it would be really great to get a good set of 50mm portrait lens for the camera. Speed of Time

I suck at blogging. I seriously do. I mean what’s putting a few thoughts into writing right? And to think, I can blog from my phone, which I’m doing right now. 2010 is about to pass by and I still suck at maintaining a real damn blog which was my goal of the year. Though in all seriousness, this year has been hella fast. I thought 2009 was fast, 2010 was crazy fast. I don’t even wanna begin to wonder how fast next year will be. We’ve made a few purchases in terms of gadgets in the past few months. My dad bought an iPad (wifi only) which I’m mostly using when stuck in traffic for movies, episodes and eBooks and my mom recently got a Canon 500D/Rebel T2i which I absolutely cannot wait to use frequently. While I think photography is a natural talent (yes I do), I’m gonna get myself into it and really learn it. Speaking of gadgets I cannot wait to make my Christmas wishlist.
